ITParade.com offers a wide variety of services for the IT Dealer and Reseller

The following services are available to Paying members ONLY:
Dealer Directory -
Looking for a good Cisco Dealer in your region? Trying to locate Bob, but can't remember his
company's name? Do you need to know which person at a company deals with Sun, and which one deals with IBM?
Find the answers using our fully searchable Dealer Directory. For each Dealer, you can find each contact
they have added, including individual phone numbers and email addresses, view their inventory, and go
directly to their website.
ISP-Eq Mailing List -
Since the ISP Equipment List began charging per post, there has been a mass exodus of that service
and a proliferation of comparable services popping up across the Dealer community. We have obtained the core
membership of the original ISP Equipment list and kept this list free for ISPs. Only Paying Dealer members are
allowed access to this list. This list is primarily composed of End-Users.
Customized Search & RFQ -
ITParade.com offers Dealers the option of having the entire ITParade.com Inventory Database
searchable from a Dealer's own website. The listings can be pulled into a template consistent with a Dealer's
site, but would be able to include approximately 300,000 listings from the ITParade.com Inventory Database,
giving a Dealer an increased virtual inventory and a higher close rate for visitors. Each listing based inquiry
generates an RFQ which is emailed to the Dealer and includes the End-User's contact information and the Dealer
who currently owns the item. There is a small extra fee which may be combined into a Dealer's current monthly
rate.
Web Hosting & Design -
No website? Want an inexpensive way to present a professional website, and include ITParade.com’s
vast searchable Inventory Database? ITParade.com now offers a full website solution, including domain
registration, design, infrastructure, etc., allowing visitors to interface with a website that is suited to a
Dealer's needs. Dealers will have the ability to attract customers like never before! The latest developments
in web technology are available and can draw customers from all over the web, no matter how large or small a
Dealer's company is. A Customized Search & RFQ is automatically included at no extra charge. This is an
excellent opportunity for smaller companies interested in expanding business and creating an online presence
without having taking in actual inventory and its related expenses. (Requires Additional Set-Up Fee)
The following services are available to Free-Trial members as well as Paying members:
Multiple Users per Account -
ITParade.com allows each Dealer/Reseller company to add multiple employees to the account at no
extra charge. Each user receives his own UserID and Password to access the company account, and each user can
specify different Broadcast Mailing Group and AOL Instant Messenger preferences.
Broadcast Mailing Groups -
43 separate Broadcast Mailing Groups help Dealers reach target audiences with their WTB and
WTS opportunities. Members may receive messages from any of the lists they choose. Members may send to any
list directly from their personal email program without having to log-in to their ITParade.com account.
AOL Instant Messenger -
Need to contact another Dealer quickly? Just click the AOL symbol ( )
next to their name in the Dealer Directory and send an instant message. AOL Instant Messenger is free. We
provide a link to download it if a member does not already have the program on his system.
Inventory Posting -
Dealers with inventory for sale may post it on our site. We give Dealers the opportunity to
post UNLIMITED listings in two distinct areas:
D2D - Post inventory for other Dealers to search and contact you directly
D2E - Post inventory for End-Users to search and submit RFQs and/or Direct Deals.
Inventories may be split between multiple users as needed.
End-User RFQ -
When Dealers post inventory for End-User sale, End-Users have the option of submitting RFQs on
those listings. Dealers are notified via email and are given the opportunity to respond to the End-User. In
many cases, the End-User chooses to reveal his contact information after the Dealer submits a Quote.
End-User Direct Deal -
End-Users may expedite the sales process by choosing a Direct Deal. At the moment an End-User
submits a Direct Deal, he gains access to the Dealer's contact information, and the End-User's contact
information is sent to the Dealer via email.
Global End-User WTB -
End-Users are given the opportunity to post a WTB that may be fulfilled by ANY ITParade.com Dealer
member. Dealers may submit numerous Quotes for different configurations, based on the details of the End-User's
request. Global WTB opportunities are available online for one-week periods. End-Users are under no obligation
to take the lowest Quote, as often times the lowest Quote may not always be the best deal.
Global End-User WTS -
End-Users are given the opportunity to post a WTS on which ANY ITParade.com Dealer member
may bid. Dealers are given a starting price and each Bid must exceed the previous Bid. Global WTS opportunities
are available online for one-week periods. End-Users are obligated to take the Highest Bid only if it meets or
exceeds the Reserve Price.
